前言Introduction

KOKO 尊重你的隱私。本政策說明我們蒐集什麼資料、如何使用，以及你擁有哪些權利。KOKO 是一款日文學習 App，你可以跟著角色「ここ」每天學一句日文、做練習題與口說跟讀，並養成一隻寵物蛋。KOKO respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. KOKO is a Japanese-learning app where you follow the character “Koko” to learn one Japanese sentence a day, do practice questions and speaking shadowing, and raise a pet egg.

我們蒐集／處理的資料Data We Collect / Process

我們只蒐集或處理以下資料：We only collect or process the following data:

學習與使用資料（分析）：我們透過 Google Firebase Analytics 蒐集匿名的 App 使用行為，用來改善學習體驗。實際記錄的事件包含：開始一課、完成一課、口說跟讀完成（含分數）、開始章節測驗、通過章節測驗（含分數）、瀏覽訂閱頁、開始試用。這些事件包含關卡代號、章節、分數等與學習進度相關的資訊，不包含你的姓名或聯絡方式。Learning & usage data (analytics): We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous in-app usage behavior in order to improve the learning experience. The events we record include: starting a lesson, completing a lesson, completing speaking shadowing (with score), starting a chapter quiz, passing a chapter quiz (with score), viewing the subscription page, and starting a trial. These events contain information related to learning progress such as lesson code, chapter, and score, but do not include your name or contact details.

麥克風與語音辨識：在口說跟讀練習時，App 會請求麥克風權限以錄下你的發音，並使用裝置作業系統（Apple／Google）提供的語音辨識服務，把語音轉成文字以便即時糾正發音。這代表你的語音可能會傳送到 Apple／Google 的語音辨識服務處理（依你的裝置與作業系統設定而定）。KOKO 本身不儲存你的錄音，也不會把錄音上傳到 KOKO 的伺服器。Microphone & speech recognition: During speaking shadowing practice, the app requests microphone permission to record your pronunciation and uses the speech-recognition service provided by your device’s operating system (Apple / Google) to convert speech to text so it can correct your pronunciation in real time. This means your voice may be sent to Apple / Google speech-recognition services for processing (depending on your device and OS settings). KOKO itself does not store your recordings and does not upload recordings to KOKO’s servers.

裝置本機儲存的資料：你的學習進度、連續天數、金幣、寵物養成狀態、App 設定（學習目標、暱稱、提醒時間）等，主要儲存在你自己的裝置上（本機儲存）。KOKO 目前不會將這些資料上傳到雲端伺服器。Data stored locally on your device: Your learning progress, streak, coins, pet-raising status, and app settings (learning goal, nickname, reminder time) are stored primarily on your own device (local storage). KOKO currently does not upload this data to any cloud server.

本地通知：若你開啟每日提醒，App 會在你的裝置上排定本地通知（不需要網路、也不會上傳推播識別碼）。Local notifications: If you enable daily reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device (this requires no network connection and does not upload any push identifier).

廣告：App 會顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告（橫幅廣告與獎勵式廣告）。AdMob 可能收集裝置識別碼（如廣告 ID）與廣告互動資料，用於廣告投放與成效衡量。Advertising: The app displays ads served by Google AdMob (banner and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data for ad serving and performance measurement.

訂閱購買：App 使用 RevenueCat 處理 App 內訂閱的購買驗證與訂閱狀態管理。RevenueCat 會接收購買收據與匿名的使用者識別碼，不會收到你的付款卡號等金流資訊（付款由 Apple App Store／Google Play 直接處理）。Subscription purchases: We use RevenueCat to validate in-app subscription purchases and manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts and an anonymous user identifier; payment itself is processed directly by the Apple App Store / Google Play, and we never receive your payment card details.

未來可能的功能（尚未啟用，先行揭露）：KOKO 規劃提供第三方帳號登入（Google／Apple）。當此功能上線時，登入會取得你的 email、名稱、頭像，用來建立帳號並同步進度。屆時本政策會更新，並在 App 內告知。Possible future features (not yet enabled, disclosed in advance): KOKO plans to offer third-party account sign-in (Google / Apple). When this feature launches, sign-in will obtain your email, name, and avatar to create an account and sync progress. When that happens, this policy will be updated and you will be notified within the app.

我們如何使用這些資料How We Use This Data

我們使用上述資料來：提供與改善學習功能、進行發音糾正、記住你的學習進度與設定、投放與衡量廣告、管理訂閱狀態，以及（未來）帳號同步與必要的營運。We use the data above to: provide and improve learning features, correct pronunciation, remember your learning progress and settings, serve and measure ads, manage subscription status, and (in the future) sync accounts and carry out necessary operations.

我們不做的事What We Do Not Do

  • 不販售你的個人資料。We do not sell your personal data.
  • 不將資料用於本政策以外的目的。We do not use your data for any purpose beyond those described in this policy.
  • 不主動蒐集你的姓名或聯絡方式（除非未來你選擇登入）。We do not actively collect your name or contact details (unless you choose to sign in in the future).

兒童隱私Children's Privacy

KOKO 不刻意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。若你認為有孩童在未經同意的情況下向我們提供了個人資料，請聯絡我們，我們會刪除。KOKO does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

你的權利Your Rights

  • 你可以在裝置設定中撤銷麥克風權限。You can revoke microphone permission in your device settings.
  • 你可以在 App 內關閉每日通知。You can turn off daily notifications within the app.
  • 你可以透過移除 App 來清除本機儲存的學習資料。You can clear locally stored learning data by removing the app.
  • （未來有帳號後）你可以要求存取或刪除帳號資料。(Once accounts are available in the future) you can request access to or deletion of your account data.

資料保留Data Retention

本機資料會保留在你的裝置上，直到你刪除 App；分析資料則依 Firebase 的設定保留。Local data is retained on your device until you delete the app; analytics data is retained according to Firebase settings.

政策變更Changes to This Policy

我們可能更新本政策。若有重大變更，我們會在 App 或本頁公告，並更新頂部的「最後更新日」。We may update this policy. For material changes, we will announce them in the app or on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
